Autism Awarness session

I was able to attend a FACES meeting last night and I was so impressed with the group. I am so excited about our mini-sessions scheduled in April. (See below Blog post about the mini sessions)

I am now scheduling times for the Autism Awareness sessions with the proceeds donated to FACES. Sessions will be on April 5 at the Botanical Gardens and April 6 at the UGA Founder's Garden. Sessions start at 8:00 AM. They last thirty minutes and will be scheduled 45 minutes apart. So here are the choices for both days.

REFERRAL PROGRAM


As a thank you to those who spread the word about my photography, I would like to give you something in return. If you refer someone to me and they book a session, you will earn $10 to use for your next session. Refer seven people and you only pay $5 for your session! The referral coupons can be used for your session or for desk photos or wall photos (the only exclusion is fine art canvas'). So, if you know a lot of people, you could earn a lot of pictures. I will send you your coupon via email to let you know that a friend has booked a session. Collect these coupons and then give me a call to book your session to redeem them. It is that easy!

And while I am feeling generous, the friend that you refer will get a complimentary 8x10 or smaller photo during their session.

Benefit sessions

As I mentioned earlier, I am really excited to do some work for two causes that are so special to me. I will be doing sessions in order to make donations to Families of Autism/Asperger's Syndrome Care, Educate, and Support. (F.A.C.E.S.) in April (Autism Awareness Month) and to the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta www.atlantadsaa.com for Down Syndrome Awareness month in October.

The sessions will be mini sessions. Each will be thirty minutes and I will show 5-8 proofs online per session. The package is $100 and includes one 8x10, three 5x7 prints, and one set (8) of wallets. From each session $35 will be donated to the designated charity of that month. Due to time constraints, the session is available for one or two subjects and no clothing changes. The package price must be purchased and paid for before the session in order to hold your session time. Additional portraits will be available for purchase for a discounted price of 15% off regular pricing.

Photos now on display!

I am so excited to announce that my display is FINALLY up at Dr. Jayni Bradley's office in Watkinsville. I met Dr. Bradley and her wonderful staff at a Baby Expo in Athens and she so graciously offered me an opportunity to use a few walls to display a few pictures. Little did she know months later I would be putting TWENTY photos up.

If you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your children, please do not hesitate to call Dr. Bradley and her staff. I had the opportunity to photograph three families from the staff and have met several others. They are like working with family. They are super kind and patient (even with indecisive photographers who can not decide on which display to put up). Dr. Bradley is located in Watkinsville at 1120 Mars Hill Rd., Suite 101. Climbing out from the covers...

I have been so sick for the last few days. It was some type of sinus, fever, coughing, aching sickness that made me feel like I had been hit by a bus. Thankfully my wonderful husband John took time off work and cared for the kids while I recovered. Although, I am still not a 100% I am at least up right and functioning.

I am back at work and will be finishing galleries that were promised long ago. Thanks so much for your patience. I work with the best people!
